This project called for the upwards extension of the existing garage, and linking to the house to create a new utility room, toilet and dining room as well as an guest suite over the garage. We used reclaimed limestone walling and stone slates to match the existing house. The link provides a new side entrance to the house and garage and the dining room has folding glass doors onto the patio.
